AAF Dubuque Member Discount: Dubuque Chamber Events
Did you know that your AAF Dubuque membership entitles you to discounts at Dubuque Chamber events? That's because our club is a Chamber member, and as such, our members receive the Chamber member discount rate at certain events, such as monthly Business PMs, where you'll save $10 over the not-yet member rate. To receive this discount, just mention you are with AAF Dubuque at time of payment. This is great benefit to those AAF Dubuque members who aren't Chamber members!

President's Message
Summer is in full swing and all your social calendars are probably chock-full of picnics, parties, vacations, and the like. And at least for me it seems lately much of my remaining personal free time is spent on endeavors of the social media kind. While on the professional side, I'm busy trying to make sense of how best to utilize these popular applications. Impeccable timing for our July speaker luncheon which will address this very topic, including defining what the term "social media" encompasses. Spread the word about this luncheon, as it's a presentation on a timely, relevant topic that each one of us should be considering in our marketing mix.

And speaking of being social, you may have noticed an increase in the number of social and volunteer opportunities made available to you through AAF Dubuque. Our Board is hard at work pulling together a diverse slate of fun activities and events to present throughout the year. To make the most of your AAF Dubuque membership, you've got to put something into it-making the time to join us at one or all of these events will be worthwhile. You'll become immersed and make connections with people in your field and HAVE FUN-who doesn't like that?!

Now go register for the speaker luncheon, Pirate Party, 5K run...

Regards,

Jennifer
